For administrative purposes, please do not return your product prior to contacting us. If you qualify for a refund or online credit, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return or exchange a product, we recommend that you first email us at email@example.com. Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please reference your tracking number to know what date your product arrived. All products must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it.
Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Please ship returned products to 150 King Street West, Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 1A6.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. Once the product has been received and is approved for return, you will be credited a full refund on your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost. Use HA-180 daily to help improve your pet's mobility which may be impeded by injuries or arthritic conditions. Suitable for both cats and dogs, HA-180 is an easy-to-use, and better absorbed liquid formulation, with natural licorice flavour.
Ingredients per 1 ml: Hyaluronic Acid 6 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Water, licorice flavour, sodium benzoate, citric acid. HA-180 is manufactured under strict GMP standards and contains no dairy, yeast, corn or wheat/gluten.
1 – 10 lbs - ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) daily
11 – 20 lbs - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily
21 – 40 lbs - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily
41 – 75 lbs - 1.5 teaspoons (7.5 ml) daily
76 – 100 lbs - 2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily
